This Privacy Statement ("Privacy Statement") explains the types of information we may collect from Users or that End Users may provide when visiting the Site and/or using the Services. Notwithstanding the previous section, Voyant will be data controller of certain information provided by a User directly to Voyant and certain analytical information which Voyant may collect about each User's use of the Site.
